Manuscript sections, in order:
Structured, 200–250 words, under the headings Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
3–10 keywords.
State the problem, briefly summarize relevant prior work, and end with a clear statement of the study’s objective(s) or hypothesis.
Sufficient detail for reproduction, including: study design and setting; sampling method and sample-size justification; inclusion/exclusion criteria; variables and how they were measured; statistical methods (software and version); and the ethical approvals described in Section 3.
Report findings without interpretation. Use tables/figures to present numerical data rather than duplicating them at length in text. State exact p-values and effect sizes/confidence intervals where applicable, not only “p<0.05.”
Interpret findings in light of existing literature without repeating the Results. Explicitly discuss study limitations (a required subsection) and, where relevant, generalizability.
Directly answer the study objective(s); avoid overreaching claims beyond what the data support.
